To elect a Police Justice. <br /> <br />same. <br /> <br />"Third. To elect severs~l patrolmen on the Police Force, caused by resignations from the <br /> <br />"By resolution of the Couuucil. <br /> <br />"Very truly, <br /> <br />"J.
