Referred March 13tho Advisability of requiring all property owners in districts where there is no city sewer- age system to provide dry closets in conformity to the specifications furnished by the State Boar~ of Health. We report that this is fully covered by section 266 of ~he Municipal Code, which follows the~ language of the State Board of Health.
