<br />will accept a sixty day note for said amount without interest for a period of twelve months,
<br />~with the understanding that the City can renew said nots for an additlonml three years at the
<br />rmte of six per cent interest~ and that he will gaarmntee a right of way over the Seaboard Air
<br />Line property from London street to High street~

<br />the year 19i~ on Persona& Estate, said taxes having been assessed and paid to N~rf01k County.

<br />from payment of penalty on taxes due the City on Intangible Property for the years 1912-16
