<br /> At this point the Ch~irm~u of the Finance Department stated that the resolution adopted
<br />at the last meeting of th~ Co~cil to borrow from Th~ Eerch~ts & Farmers B~k and the Ba~ of
<br />Tid~tsr funds for the erection of the new H~=h'= School Building ~s not complete enough for
<br />~id B~ks, mad he o~f'e~ed the following, which he said he believed would be satisf~ctCry to
<br />them:
