Norris moved tha~ the m~tter be dismissed from further consideration by the Coun- cil. The motion was adopted. Nr. Dashiell asked permission to bring up the matter of a~ appropriation of $300. for the Home Defens~ League, and the permission w~s grant~d. When he moved that an appropriation of $300.00, previously asked for said League, be allowed. The motion w~s adopted by the following vote: Ayes--Claud~ Dashiell, H~uvey, Herbert, Norris, 5' On motion, adjourned.
