Herbert stated that the watch box at the intersection of Wa~hihE+~or~treet and Race <br />avenue needed raising and m tree at the intersection of s~id streets needed cutting down. <br /> On me,ion, said matters m~ere referred to the City Manager and the Public Service <br />Department with power to act, <br /> <br /> Er.
