<br /> The President stated that he had called %he ~dy together in order to have a meeting with
<br />the newly elected Councilmen and to discuss a re-~a~gement of the several Departments..
<br />
<br /> · _ W~.ereupon, the m~tter of re-arranging the ~Severa~i dep~a~m~nSa waS~diecussed, but no
<br />ea~is~o~ory conclueion was reached therefor.

<br /> The City Man~ger stated that the money appropriated, SEO0.O0, to send him as a delegate
<br />to the City Eanagers' Association in Detroit, Mich., wms more than enough for the purpose aud
<br />he thought m member of the Council might be send with him.
<br /> The Chair o~lled on the several members to know ~o could go with the Ci~y Na~ager, but
<br />all de01ined to go~ except N~. Herbert.
<br /> Whereupon, on mot£on, Mr. He, bert was delegated to accompany the City M~n~ger.

<br /> A regular meeting o~ the City Council should h~ve been held on the above d~te, but because
<br />of absence of the City M~n~ger, who was mttending the'City ~nagers' Association at Detroit,
<br />
<br />Mich., the meeting stgod~djourned,

<br />by agreement, until Tuesday, November 27th.
