The motion w~s adopted. <br /> <br /> .~chools: <br /> It w~s noted that members of the School Board and Superintendent of the School~ <br />were present in the interest of an increased appropriation f~r the Public Schools and, on <br />motion, the privilege of the floor w~s accorded them. <br /> Whereupon, The Superintendent Of the Schools,and Nr.
