W~ight, <br /> Also the City~anager. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the regular meeting December 10th~ud adjo'urned regular meeting Dee~ber <br />13th wereread and were app~oved. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF D~PAR~NTS <br /> Law-- <br /> Presented the i~lTowing ordinance:- <br /> Regulations Governing Traffic in Nilk'~ud Cream, <br />the ~oductio~, Distribution, Sale or Offering for Sale in the City. of Portsmouth of ~ilk and <br />Cream ~nd Providins for the Inspection by the Board of Health of all P. ersons, Buildings, <br />Places, Matters, Things and Animals Employed or Used in the Production, Handling, Distribution, <br />Sa!~ or 0ff9ring for Sale of Milk and-Cream~ntended for Human Consumption in said City, Autho- <br />rizing the Boa~d of Health to Enforce Provisions of the Ordinance and Providing Penalties for <br />the Violation Thereof. <br /> <br /> On motion, the ordinance was ~ferr~d~%o the Depa~tment of Law and City Attorney, and <br />copies of same ordered to be sent to each member of Cou~icil. <br /> <br />Public Service-- <br /> No report <br /> <br /> Public Property-- <br /> ~'Inreference to the communication from the Central Labor Union and Citi- <br />zens ~ass Meeting in regard to the~Eerry, we beg to report that the present lease of the ferry <br />D~s not terminated and until the lease is terminated there is ~othing for the Council to do~ <br /> <br /> ~e believe the contract with the U.
