<br />charged as soil tax against the property which he o~ed in the Seventh Ward for the years 1914-

<br /> It is recomuended that a special appropriation to said amount be allowed.

<br /> It is ~ther recommended that a:zspecia~ appropriatio~ of ~1392.50 be allowed for
<br />Labor, as follows: Electrical, $7V.50; St. Cleaning, ~9~5.00; Stables, $85.00; Parks & Play-
<br />gro~ds, $~65.00.

<br /> It is reconmended further that the Finance Deps~tment be authorized to ~aa4~d~_me addit-
<br />ional appropriations that maX be necessary to cs~ry the various Departments u~til the first of
<br />the year..
