H. rzght, <br /> Also the City Manager. <br /> <br />The minutes of the regular meeting September 9th were read and were approved. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />DEPARTMENTS <br /> <br />No report <br /> <br /> Public Service-- <br /> Referred September 9th <br /> <br /> A request of the City Manager that an appropriation of $2,300. be made for'c~ttingwee~s <br />and filling and draining dirt streets for the balance of the year. <br /> It is recommended that a special appropriation~ of $1,500. be allowed for same. <br /> <br /> Recorm~endation of the City ~aD~ger that an appropriation of $490. be allowed to purchase <br />two horses; also b~ and harness for the Superintendent of the Streets. <br /> It is recommended that a special appropriation be allowed to purchase the items named. <br /> <br />A contract w~th H.
