<br />a jitney or bus tine in the city of Portsmouth, shall h~.ve the right to charge a five (~) ce~
<br />fare at all points East of the Belt Line Railroad, and a ten ~10) cent fare to all points West
<br />of the Belt Line Railroad, from ~:00 A. ~. to 9:00 P. M., and a twenty-five (BS) cent fare after
<br />9:00 P; M., and tD~t all school children s~l! have a half-rate fare going direct to and from
<br />school."
