On motion, the repo~t was adopted by the fo!lowin~ vote: ' A~es-- B~uti~g, Claud, Culpepper, D~a~s~ Ha~ey, Herbert, ~he Chairman of the Finance Department requested that~is Dep~rtment~be authorized to borrow money for floating debt and current expenses, and said authority was g~anted~ ~ Herbert presented a communication from the City N~gger in regard to accident between the f engine of the City and automobile on Glasgow street, and same was referred to the Fi~ nanee and Public Safety departments. The Ffna~ee Department presented the Budget of Anti~dpated Receipts & Disb~mrsements for the Year 1920, and M~ Bunting called attention to the condition of the We~t Pa~k View Bridge, and the matte~ was ~e£erred~t0 the Department of Public Service and City Nanager. On metier, the privilege of the floor was granted to.C~arles~F. H~per, Who spoke as to the contract between the City and the City and ~the U. S. Houszng Corporation concerning expenses of the said Corporation~ . M~.
