<br />at a meeting to be held tomorrow night.

<br /> Then the Finance Department made the foilowiug repo~t on sale of~$300,000.00 City of Ports-
<br />mouth Bonds:

<br />to impose any penalty on said Company s taxes untml the Fmnan~e Commi~ttee shall have an oppor
<br />tunity to take the matter ~p with the Co~nissioner of the Revenue and determLue the question
<br />at issue.
