Staples, on behalf of himself and other property owner~ on the <br />north side of the 1000 block of High street, for t~ sidewalk on said block to be paved . <br /> It is recommended that said sidewalk be paved. <br /> <br /> (With City Manager) At+~ntion called to condition of the'West.
