February 28, 1995 4. The City Manager, the Director of Finance and the City Treasurer are authorized and directed to take all such actions as shall be contemplated by the Authorizing Resolutions and this resolution and as shall otherwise be required in connection with the issuance, sale and delivery of the Notes. The City Treasurer is authorized and directed to execute the Notes on behalf of the City. 5. The City Attorney of the City shall be and hereby is directed to file a copy of this resolution, certified by the City Clerk of the City to be a true copy thereof, with the Circuit Court of the City, in accordance with Section 15.1-227.9 of the Code of Virginia, 1950. 6. This resolution shall take effect on the date of its adoption." Higginbothaa%. Housinq Board of Appeals a Adjustment Carleen Smith to be appointed to fill an unexpired term, ending July 1, 1996, replacing Maggie Anderson.
