<br />this ordinance, shall post and kecpr~osted in a conspicuous place the receipt for said payment,~
<br />and az~ one. violating this provision shall be subject to a fine of not less than $2.00 and not
<br />more than $10.00 for each and every day ~ paz~ of a day that said receipt is not lmpt posted.
<br /> It is made the duty Of the Police Department to report to the Police Justice of the City
<br />~ violation of this ordinance which may come under its notice.
