<br /> *~g the Ma~O~ to reserve for hLm a room and bath at the hotel for the night of. Sept. 22nd$ also
<br /> stating that the order for his retireK~n~had been issued, effect, lye Sept. 2~, and tl~t he
<br /> would report for duty in Portsmouth on ~he morning of the 22nd.

<br /> Iebor Union, who protested aga~st the curtailment o~f the ferry s~vices between Norfolk and
<br /> Port~mouth,~ and Messrs. W. Lo G~ and Jos. Ross~no spoke.

<br />Ear, get and City Attorney, to act with a committee f~om the Norfolk County Board of Supervis~rs~

<br /> The motion was adopted~~ and the President ~ppointed the ~ ~n~ce Committee to act for
