<br /> 2nd. A request of the Va. Rmilway & Power Company for the privilege of abandoning the
<br />County S~o ~d Park View & Cemetery ear lines and asking regulations on ~itneye in the City.

<br />their receive in the ratio of 101.8~ to 100o ~n othe= words, it costs $101.88 to render
<br />service fo= which the Company is receiving only $100. He also states that the earnings o~
<br />the Company are to d~te~running over 5% Unde= the earnings of last year and steadily decreas-
