Whereupon, Mr. Esleeck raised the point of'order that the motion bY Mr. White <br />was cut of order. The CB~ir ruled that the motion offered by Mr. White was in order. <br /> Then Mr. Esleeck moved as an amen~ntttO the motion that the City Manager be authorized <br />to offer Mr. Alexander $1~,000.' for the property, and if said offer, be refused, that he be <br />~uthorized to institute condemnation proceedings to obtain the same.
