<br /> On motion, the privilege of the floor was granted to Norman Cassell, who spoke in'favor
<br />$f paving High street, from Ninth aven~e to the City limits.

<br /> The privilege of the floor was granted also to Jas. A. Mulvey, who asked that certain
<br />of the streets in the 6th and 7th Wards be paved.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Mr. Hall an.appropriation of $25,000. was allowed to construct an 1~ ft.
<br />roadway on each side of High street, from~inth avenue to the City limits, if the County will
<br />agree to pave from the City limits to the O~y Bridge.over Bain's Creek.
<br /> The motion was adopted by the following vote.
