<br /> On motion of Mr. Hall, not concurred in.
<br />
<br />2nd. Paving Roadway Chestnut St., Jefferson street to Shell Road.
<br /> On motion of Mr. Esleeck, action on same deferred.
<br />
<br />3rd. Paving Roadway of Elm Ave., Key AVe. to Shell Road.
<br /> On motion of Mr. Esleeck, action on same defe=red.

<br />5th. Paving Roadway of High St., Ninth Ave. to City limits.

<br /> On motion, the privilege of the floor was granted to Norman Cassell, who spoke in favor
<br />Of paving High street, from Ninth avenue to the City limits.
<br />
<br /> The privilege of the floor was granted also to Jas. A. Mulvey, who asked that certain
<br />of the streets in the 6th and 7th Wards he paved.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Mr. Hall an appropriation of $25,000. was allowed to construct an iS ft.
<br />roadway on each side of High street, from ~inth avenue to the City limits, if ~he County will
<br />a~ree to pave from the City limits to the O?~y Bridge over Bath's Creek.
<br /> The motion was adopted by the following vote:
