<br />At a regular meeting of the City Council November 22nd there were present:

<br /> It is recommended that special appropriations to said amounts be allowed for the
<br /> purposes named.

<br />an appropriation of $18,000. OO for the erection of a negro school in Pinne=s P~int, said amount
<br />to be charsed~a~ainst the Eighth Ward.
<br /> . it ms recommended that $1~,000.00 be appropriated, out of Eighth Ward funds, for pu~-
<br />chase of site and building of. school at- Pinners Point, This recommendation is concurred in
<br />~y the City Attorney and City Manager.
<br /> In this connection, it is recommended that the school site be condemned or appraised
<br />by a ~Committee of Three.
