Ginsburg, ~o be refunded $151.00, paid <br />as license tax for selling soft drinks at wholesale, he ~aving paid $251. ms manufacturer of <br />soft cL~tnks. <br /> It is recommended that said petition be not granted. <br /> <br /> With reference <br />June 15, 1920, amounting <br />to pa~ the said bill. <br /> <br />to bill of the U.
