<br /> With regard to the Traffic Ordinance, which .ha~ been on tis first reading since May,
<br />same was continued on the table and the Clerk instructed to forward copies to each member of
<br />the Council.
<br /> The President presented a report of the Hampton Roads Commission and asked if the Council
<br />wished to endorse the same.
<br /> On motion of Mr. Esleeck, the Manager was requested to secure copies of the report
<br />and bill before the Legislature concerning, same, for each member of the Council, and the
<br />matter was made a special order of business for the next regular meeting of Council.
<br />
