McCoy. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, to close the <br />nominations, and there being no further nominations, the above nominations were <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />02 -133 - Items Submitted by Council Members <br /> <br />Councilman Whitehurst spoke on the March of Dimes Walk-A-Thon and the <br />$24,594.00 raised. <br /> <br />Councilman Pitts spoke on the tour of the Ocean Marine, LLC facility and <br />maintenance of expensive yachts. <br /> <br />02 - 134 - Non-Agenda Speaker <br /> <br />1. Louis Whitehead, 4415 County Street, spoke on an incident at his granddaughter's <br /> residence in Cradock. <br /> <br />2. Raleigh Harsley, 2124 Peach Street, spoke on the need for more police and <br /> environmental code enforcement. <br /> <br />3. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 363 Middle Street, spoke on the resignation of the City <br /> Manager and the City's reputation. <br /> <br />4. Lloyd Beazley, 3186 Reese Drive, spoke on retiree's health insurance and COLA <br /> increase. <br /> <br />5. Yvonne Cleveland, 1731 Maple Avenue, spoke on the Elm Avenue Neighborhood <br /> Recreation Center pool closing. <br /> <br /> <br />
