<br />on July 11, 1989 adopted a Comprehensive Plan (CP-89-1),

<br />hearing, as required by Article IV of Chapter 11 of Title 15.1
<br />of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, has recommended that

<br />on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and

<br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Portsmouth has held a
<br />public hearing, with notmce as required by law, and considered
<br />the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan.

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
<br />of Portsmouth, that the Community Facilities Plan of the
<br />Comprehensive Plan for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia,
<br />designated CP-89-1 be, and hereby is, a~ended to show fire
<br />station use, in the area shown on the attached Exhibit A."
