Recommendation that an additional appropriation of $7?9.00 be allowed, out of Eighth Wa~d xunds, in order to install fire alarm system in the Eighth and Ninth Wards, the appro- priation of $1~00. for this work being insufficient. Mercer Hartman, enclosing a bill $300.00, for dammges to the E~sex .Tou~ng Car of Mr. Solomaa HaxTison, to the City Manager and City Attorney.
