'~ <br /> <br />the present system of cluster <br /> <br /> Recommendation of the Manager that a special appropriation of $250. be allowed for ser- <br />vices of an architectural draftsman to prepare sketch plan showing in a general way the space <br />needed and the arrangement o~ space proposed on the several floors of the proposed City <br />and uounty Office Building. (If the joint plan is adopted, the cost to ~e eventually divided <br />btween the County and City). <br /> Pr og~ess. <br /> <br /> Recommendation of the Manager that an additional s~ppropriation of $7?9.00 be appropriated, <br />o~t of Eighth Warod funds, in ~order to install fire alarm s stem in t~he Ei~.h~h ~.ud:Ninth Wards. <br /> -It is r~commended that a special aporoprlation o~ $?~9.00 ce alIowed, out of Eighth <br />Ward funds, for this purpose. <br /> <br /> Report_ of the Auditgr on au~d~t!ng accounts of the Police Justice. <br /> we recommend that the Clerk to the Police Justice be notified tha~ i~ the future <br />he will be held personally responsible for the fines assessed and which should be collected <br />but are not ?ollected; and that the Police Justice be directed to issue ~captas against any <br />one who has oeen charged with a fine which should be paid ~Z has not be~n paid. <br /> <br /> Bill of P. C. Communication enclosing communication from the Superintendent of the Water Depart- <br />men~, relative to amounts due the said Department ~y the City. <br /> On mo~ion, the communications were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> 3rd. Recommendation that a special ~ppropriation of $3,500. be allowed for the mainte- <br />nance ~nd oper&tion of sewers for the bal~nc~ of the Year~ <br /> On motion, ~he reommendation was referred to Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> (Signed) L.
