<br /> we recommend that the Clerk to the Police Justice be notified tha~ i~ the future
<br />he will be held personally responsible for the fines assessed and which should be collected
<br />but are not ?ollected; and that the Police Justice be directed to issue ~captas against any
<br />one who has oeen charged with a fine which should be paid ~Z has not be~n paid.

<br /> Bill of P. C. Hutohins, State Game ~arden, ~o amount of ~2~2.50, for services rendered
<br />in destroying 105 ~a~ess dogs.
<br /> ~t is recommended that t~hs Treasurer be authorized to pay s~id bill, out of funds

<br /> The following amendment offered by Mr. Brooks when the ordinance was placed on its first
