<br /> BE I TRESOLVED, That all appropriations in this Budget, except those for'Interest and
<br />Schools, be made available on the approval of the City Manager, the City ~nager being re-
<br />quired to report to the Council at i~s regular meeting in each month in detail all e~oendi-
<br />tures made for the preceding month, and that all funds as far as practicable be expended
<br />in equ~l amount each month.

<br /> Appropriation for Interest is made available as it may become due.
<br />
<br /> Appropriation for Schools shall be paidu~s near as practicable in equal payments in the
<br />months of January, March, April, May, June, September, October, and December.
<br />
<br /> An emergency e~2sting, this Budget shall take effect from its passage.,
