<br />make an~addition to the regule~v annuml dues ~o the funds of the League. Richmond and Norfolk
<br />h~ve been asked for $850.00, Petersburg, Roanoke, Lynchbu~g and Portsmouth for $75.00.

<br />vmluable if they can raise sufficient money ~o employ a full time secretary.
