<br />BE ASCERTAINED, IN TH~ MODE PRESCRIBED BY LAW THE FRANCHISE, RIGHT,~AND PRIVILEGE TO CONSTRUCT,
<br />MAINTAIN, AND OPERATE, FOR THE TERM AND UPON THE CONDITIONS HEREINAFTER STATED, A STREET RAIL-
