<br />Line. desires to put in connecting its Nav~l Hospital spur with fish packing establishments
<br />on the Scotts Creek. This track will cross the northern end of Linden Ave., thence through
<br />private property, lthence across Webster Ave. a~d along Caxroll St. 'to Cooke St., thence along

<br />that a special ap~ropriation of.this amount be made."
