<br />and County of Norfolk purchase fromm. E. Thomas twelve (l~) feet of i~is property o~ Pearl
<br />street, Berkley, now encroached on by our ferry buildings and~ docks, for ~00~~ per ~ront foot,
<br />totalling $6;000~00; the City and Oounty to pay all expensem of the trs~sfer of this property.

<br /> And we further reconm~end that the ~using Corporation be requested to pay this
<br />a~.ount and that the attached ccntrac~ with the Housing Corporation providing for the payment
