<br />City Council hereby finds and determines that the waterworks system of the City of Psr~smouth
<br />is now prod~cimg, and hms for more th~n the~ last three years produced,, amnually sufficient
<br />revenues to pay for cost ef operatisn ~nd s~m~inistration, including interest on all bends
<br />other debts issued or incurred therefor, amd the cost of insur~uce against loss by injury te
<br />persons or property, ~d an annual ~meunt to be covere~ into a Sinking Fund sui~fici~nt t~
<br />p~y, at or before m~turity, all bonds or ~other obligations issued on accoum~ of said water-
<br />woz~ks syste~; ~nd this Council accordingly finds and determines tl~t the outstanding water
