<br />ing the placing of one hmnd~v~d and fifty trash cans on the streets of ~he City of Porte--mouth
<br />~nd to p~y $8.00 per can per year therefor for ~ period ef at least one year, with the privi-
<br />lege ef extending to three years, with the understanding that at the end of the three years,
<br />the contract is terminated and the cans became the property ef the City ef Portsmouth.
