<br />i~. It is well to note that unless this'increased income is provided, so'~s~to give sufficient
<br />funds to pay opermting expenses, interest, and sinking fun~, it ~ill not be pessiBle~to issue
<br />further bonds for schools, public buildings, sewers or other improveme~ ~S with'sift this a~ded
