<br /> 19th. "I s~nforwarding herewith proposed fomun of contract with the Home Builders &
<br />n~nce Corporation.of Sum~olk. This contract gr~nts theCerporation right of way ever
<br />property of the Psrtsmouth ~ater Department to give access to a development mouth of the
<br />p~nping station. The contract is advantageous to the City in that it inspires th~%-the-sur-
<br />face drainage from the development will be discharged into a ravine which it is p~pssed l~ter
<br />to da~ instead ef directl~ into I~ke Kilby as would be the case if the natural drainage routes
<br />were followed. The contract price $400~..00 per acre is a fair one. The form of the contract
<br />has been mpprovedby the City Attorney~nd the entire contract meets with the appr0vml~of the-
<br />Superintendent of the ~ater Dep~rtment and r~self.. It is recommended that the proper sfficer
<br />ef the Council be authorized to sign it."
