<br />years of age'shall, at a~y hour afte~ ~ p. m., attend a theatrical perfor~uce or moving
<br />Dict~re show, mnless accompanied by a parent o~guardian."

<br />White withdrew the ~mendment.

<br />the~ordinamce. ~he motion ~s adopted, and ~ H. Myers, N~. K~tm, andes. Diggs spoke in
<br />favor of the ordinance.

<br /> Then Er~ Stewart (J.R~) moved that ~he~ ordinance be referred be~k to the City Man~ger
<br />amd Probation Officer for further investigation and report. The motiom was adopted.
<br /> In this correction, Mr. w4ite moved that the attention of the School authorities ~e
<br />called to the statement cf the Pro~tien Officer as te sehool children attending moving
<br />picture shows du~ing~Chccl hours.
