<br />to be known as 'Water Bonds' P~rsua~.t to Section 127, Clause B, of the Constitution of Virginia,
<br />Section 3081 of the Code of Virginia 1919, as Amended by an Act of the General Assen~ly of
<br />Virgini~ Approved February llth, 1922, and an Act of the General Assembly of Virginia Approved
<br />March l&th, 1918, Entitled, ~An Act to Authorize the Councils of the Several 0ities or Towns
<br />of the State to Issue Bonds for a Supply of Water or Other Specific Undertaking' from Which the
<br />City or Town May Derive a Revenue, Pursuant to Section One Hundred and Twenty-seven B of the
<br />Constitution of Virginia,~ and Under Authority of the Vote of the Qualified Voters of the City
