<br />Virgini~ Approved February llth, 1922, and an Act of the General Assembly of Virginia Approved
<br />March l&th, 1918, Entitled, ~An Act to Authorize the Councils of the Several 0ities or Towns
<br />of the State to Issue Bonds for a Supply of Water or Other Specific Undertaking' from Which the
<br />City or Town May Derive a Revenue, Pursuant to Section One Hundred and Twenty-seven B of the
