"Mr. Paul G. Blanford has applied for permission to erect garages in rear of his <br />filling station at Wythe ~d Court Sts. He has the assent of the majority of the owners of <br />buildings within a 200 ft. radius, as indicated by the attached letter. <br /> <br /> A Oity o~dinance requires that the Oouncil shall approve sites for churches, hospitals <br />and objectionable stractures.
