<br />Section 2. Ail appropriations in this Budget, -except tho~e .for Interest and Schools,

<br />shall be made available on ~he approval of the Oity Manager, the Oity M~uager being required

<br />made for the preceding month, and all fm~ds ae fern as practicable shall be ~xpended in equal

<br /> The apprcRriation for Schools shall be paid as nea~ aS practicable in equal payments in

<br /> Section 3- The Oity Treasure~ is hereby amthorized to transfer funds for the purposes of
<br />equalization from any fund in One authorized bank to the same' fund in another authorized bank,
<br />provided the trausfer check is co~u~terslgned by the $ity Olerk& Auditor.
