"Mr. C. 0. Holcomb, to whom ! was authorized to rent store belonging to the ~it~ at the nortk wes~ corner of WAshimgton and County ets., desires to give up the property and Mr. Ralph Eley. desires to take oyer ~he property width Nr. Holcomb's stock on the same terms as Mr. Holcomb; namely, a rental of $25.00 per month, a fire insurance policy~in favor of the Oity of $2,000.00 and the ~acating of the property ~ sixty days notice from the Olty. It is recommended that ! be authorized to enter into this agreement with Mr. Eley, in ~egard to whom I have excellent references., On motion of Mr. Brooks, the recommendation was concurred in.
