The~amendment was adopted. <br /> <br /> ~ ~u.-:.~Nm....Bzo~ks mn~ed that the 9th paragraph of Section ~64 be amended to read as <br />follows: ~Carniv~ls, festivals, bazaars, or similsm shows of wl~tever nature, $76~00 Der <br />week or p~t of m week. This license to be issued only to such shows as comply with the- <br />State Law ~n every p~icular and issued with the approval of the City Nauager, and shall <br />apply to all shows under any auspices whether for charity or personal profit. This sh~ll <br />not apply to local s~ateur talent assembled or augmented by other ammteur talent, giving~m <br />show or entertainment for charitable purposes.~ The amendment was adopted. <br /> <br /> Then M~v.
