<br />PROVIDING FOR HIS ELECTION AND QUALIFICATIONS, AND PP~SORIBING HIS POWERS, DUTIES, JURISDIOTION,
<br />TERM OF OFFIOE, AND OOMPENSATiON, AND REPEALING CHAPTER 9 OF SAID CHARTER A8 PROVIDED BY AN
