<br />of taxes amounting to $105.20, for the Year 1925, as per Order of Oourt.

<br />Eighth Ward bend l~And'or the Eighth Wars current fund Be transferred to ~he ~ppropriation
<br />for sewers.
<br /> tt is recommended that $75~.00 ~ appropriated from the Eighth War~d fund to connect
<br />the sidewalks up to the new curbing on certain street~; and that all the balances ef approPria-
<br />.~ion~, either in the Eighth Ward Fund or Eighth Ward Bond Fund, be transferred to the appropri-
<br />ation for Sewers in the Eighth Ward.

<br /> It is farther recommended that the Teeasm~er be authorized to pay, out of 'funds on
<br />hand from collection of Dog Taxes, bill of J. Shirley _t~.pe, State Game Warden, to amOunt of
<br />$55.00, for services in destroying 22 tagless dogs $$~.~0 each.
