<br />CHAPTER, IN THE PLACE OF CHAPTER 9 OF SAID OHARTER, IN RELATION TO A 0~YIL AND POLIOEJUSTICE,
<br />PROVIDING FOR HIS ELECTION AND QUALIFIOATIONS, AND PRESORIBING HIS POWERS, DUTIES, JURISDIOTION,
<br />TEPJ/OF OFFIOE, AND OO~/PENSATION, AND REPEALING CHAPTER 9 OF SAID CHARTER AS PROVIDED BY AN
<br />ACT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF VIRGINIA, APPROVED MAROH12, 1912, AS AMENDED BY ANAOTAPPROVED
