Then Mm. Brooks moved that <br />time be extended to 11:30. The motion was unsm~mously adopted. <br /> At 11:$0 Mr. Brooks moved that 0ouneil ad~ourn to meet Thursday afternoon at 5 o'clock <br />to continue consideration of the 0barter.
