<br /> A report was received from the 0ommissioner of the Revenue of erroneous assessment of
<br />taxes for the Year 1925, and same was referred to Finance 0ommittee.

<br /> The consideration of a new Charter for the Oity of Portsmouth was taken up, and a letter
<br />was read from the City Attorney in which he suggested several additions and changes in the
<br />new 0bar ter.
<br /> Consideration of~he same was-continued until ll, o'clock. Then Mm. Brooks moved that
<br />time be extended to 11:30. The motion was unsm~mously adopted.
<br /> At 11:$0 Mr. Brooks moved that 0ouneil ad~ourn to meet Thursday afternoon at 5 o'clock
<br />to continue consideration of the 0barter. The motion was adopted.
