<br />rented on a year to year basis and it is necessary for either party to the lease to give three
<br />months notice in advance prior to gu~y~lst, 1926, and that the ~upt. of the Water Department
<br />must therefore know definitely a ~few days before April 1st, 1928, whether the Water Department
<br />office is to remain in its present location.
