<br />term and upon. the conditions hereinafter stated, a street-railway o= railways, together with

<br />lowi~ communication from the Nanager:

<br />Oil Company for the e~ee~ion of a service station at the southeast corner of Chautauqua Ave.
<br />and NinthhSt. Oh~mta~ Ave. at this ~a~etpoin~ joins the Weste~ Branch Road.
